Today, Sydney/Eora-based trio Anna Lunoe, Mincy and DEVAURA combine forces for the first time in their new collaborative anthem ‘In The Mood’, released via NLV Records. LISTEN HERE.

Propelled by a display of kinetic, 2010 bloghouse-inspired production from Anna and Mincy matched with a sultry topline from DEVAURA, ‘In The Mood’ is an unabashed club cut that spans garage, bass and rave. Enhancing the strength of the trio in cultivating new corners of their artistry, on the collaboration Anna reveals, “When Mincy and I met we instantly bonded over our love for 2009 fidget and blog era bangers, and we wanted to create something with that confidence and rowdiness. ‘In The Mood’ came together super fast! DEVAURA has more talent and spirit in her little toe than most have full stop so working with her was the most fun. The end result? an absolute bop made for and by the girlies < 3” 

As one of Australia’s leading voices in bass-driven underground dance music, Mincy has earned acclaim as a DJ, producer, label head and founder of Extra Spicy with releases on acclaimed labels including EC2A, Time Is Now, Island Records and Gallery Recordings, plus performances at Fabric, Boiler Room, Boomtown and festivals across Europe, Japan, New Zealand and Australia. Known for her ethereal vocals, charismatic lyricism and innovative soundscapes, DEVAURA was named a triple j Unearthed Laneway Competition Winner in 2025 and recieved a fbi SMAC Awards for Best Live Act and Best Emerging Act in 2024 for her craft that explores themes of love, loss and identity.

Furthering Anna’s sentiment, Mincy shares “What an amazing ride to create an absolute anthem with two women who I have been a fan of for so long and now best friends with! What started as an idea to create a love letter to the 2010’s bloghaus/electro era transformed into the ultimate club banger that I’m so excited to get out into the world. Anna and I spent a few sessions in the studio getting the base production down, making sure to create those ear worm synth melodies that are so synonymous with that sound, and then spent a (good) chaotic and peak creative-meeting-of-minds vocal session with DEVAURA to bring it home with the most smooth, silky, vocals that fit perfectly. This track is the perfect proof why I love working with women so much when writing music”.
