The twists and turns of the epic arrangement of ‘Love On The Run‘ mirror the structure of INTO THE BLUE: Like the album as a whole, the song is an ambitious decade / genre-spanning homage to the pair’s kaleidoscopic musical influences. Over the course of its seven minutes, ‘Love On The Run‘ opens with sun-drenched vibes that conjure 70s AM Gold radio, before seamlessly transitioning into acid rock psychedelia, and ultimately sticking a perfectly 2022 landing.
