Celebrating the release of his debut album WITHERED, genre-defying artist d4vd today announces the Australian leg of his 2025 World Tour – adding headline shows in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne alongside the already-announced Spilt Milk Festival dates this December. PRE-SALE ACCESS HERE.

A fixture across triple j playlisting – including revered Like A Version covering Adele – d4vd’s Australian leg of the WITHERED World Tour follows his 2024 appearance on local shores off the runaway success of his multi-platinum certified single ‘Romantic Homicide’. Since the singer-songwriter’s breakout has continued to heed major success, including touring with SZA and more recently his Coachella Festival debut, all before the age of 21.

Reflective of his legions of fans, d4vd’s forthcoming Australian headline shows have more than quadrupled in venue capacities as part of his biggest headline run yet across the globe. Handsome Tours are proud to present d4vd’s debut at the Fortitude Music Hall and Melbourne Festival Hall, together with partners in Live Nation, to perform at the iconic Sydney Opera House forecourt steps.

“This tour is about more than just the music,” says d4vd. “It’s about the community we’ve built — the ones that have grown with me and inspired this next chapter.”

Fans can expect a deeply immersive live experience across these shows with d4vd’s hands-on involvement shaping every creative element – from set design to visuals and the emotional arc of each night. This marks a new era for the artist, reflecting his evolution not only as a performer but as a visionary.

WITHERED is a fifteen-track opus that spotlights d4vd at his best, taking the listener through the natural evolution and lifespan of the rose. An omnipresent visual in d4vd’s creative output thus far, and is intended to be listened to sequentially like chapters in a book as the demise of a relationship unfolds. It is an album crackling with love found, lost, created, and destroyed through every chorus and melodic line.

A continuation of his lauded and beloved first two EPs that introduced him to the world – Petals to Thorns and The Lost Petals – d4vd’s new album is a brilliant amalgamation of disparate influences shaped into one visceral whole. It features his latest single ‘What Are You Waiting For‘, a high-energy, anthemic and relatable pop declaration brimming with urgency and emotional intensity. As well as the downtempo and luxuriant track ‘Crashing‘ featuring alt-pop maven Kali Uchis. Also, ‘Feel It‘, d4vd’s hit single that was part of Season 2 of Amazon Prime Video’s smash animation series, Invincible, is an album highlight while it continues to rake in over 2M streams daily across platforms.

A native of Houston, d4vd found his musical calling through creating his own soundtracks to Fortnite montages, recording his first single at 17, and quickly being signed by Interscope’s acclaimed Darkroom label. He has since collaborated with The Kid Laroi, Laufey, opened for the likes of SZA, headlined his own tours around the world, and contributed to projects like Arcane and Invincible.  Through the process, d4vd’s sound evolved to a deeply emotional, DIY approach that defines him today, exploring the highs and lows of relationships with raw intimacy and directness. Since he emerged in public consciousness only a couple years ago, d4vd has rapidly transformed from a home-recording artist to an international sensation, racking up over 100 million streams per month. His breakthrough came with 2022’s viral tracks ‘Romantic Homicide‘ and ‘Here With Me‘, both amassing over a billion streams to date, making him one of the first artists to have two songs in the Billions Club without ever having released a full album.
