Rising alternative/punk out dogworld return with ‘inmypocket’ ahead of a string of tour dates across May – June. LISTEN HERE + WATCH HERE + BUY TIX HERE.

Regarded for their interplay of skeletal punk with free-spirited indie, ‘inmypocket’ magnifies tension to serene imperturbability. Guided by the disparate vocals shared across all four members – baritone to falsetto, direct delivery to relaxed harmony – reflective of dogworld’s repertoire. ‘inmypocket’ is a welcome contradiction that could be likened to the garment in question, able to serve both design and function where “betrayal” to form welcomes delight and surprise.

Of ‘inmypocket’ the group explain, “Our collaborative approach is at the heart of this song, balancing our different voices and the overlapping melodies we all contribute. Stylistically, we wanted to push dynamics to the extreme, incorporating pure noise elements and heavily layered production with stripped back quiet moments.”

Since forming in 2021 they balance instinct and ceaseless creativity, strengthened by their enduring closeness. Forged through trial and error induced jams and rehearsals over time, captured in full on their debut EP RANGE last year.
