Introducing Jersey, the dynamic French electronic duo comprised of brothers Carl and Renaud, who today share their new single ‘I Need For Speed’ via Future Classic. LISTEN HERE, WATCH HERE.
Born and raised across from the Jersey Island, and now based in Paris, their music is inspired by French-touch and indie rock of the BBC Radio waves they could pick up during their childhood on the Normandy coast. Since first rising to fame via their viral DIY living room parties, Jersey have built their reputation for their live performance mixing electronic music and rock energy.
Today’s new single, ‘I Need For Speed’, marks Jersey’s first taste of new music since releasing their debut EP last year. A powerful and energetic track, inspired by techno and garage, the track is accompanied by a live session, filmed in front of over 1,000 people in London.
Renowned for throwing the coolest parties in Paris with their unique blend of house, UK garage and drum and bass, Jersey have positioned themselves as one of the most promising newcomers in France’s electronic music scene. The duo are co-signed by many artists from the global electronic space, including Fred again.., Barry Can’t Swim, Joy Anonymous and more.
