Dynamic French electronic duo Jersey today announce their latest EP Over&Over out this October 11 via Future Classic. With this announcement arrives the project’s title track, ‘Over&Over’, out now. LISTEN HERE.

Their latest single ‘Ghost Of What Could Be’ detailed nostalgic club production from start to finish and now ‘Over&Over’ is a masterclass in repetition, crafted around a dramatic build like Four Tet’s ‘Only Human’ or Caribou’s ‘Can’t Do Without You’. Manipulating one layered vocal line, ‘Over&Over’ is a streamlined, tug and pull, that showcases Jersey’s spirited new generation of the French touch / French house.

‘Over&Over’ is another dive headfirst into the world of Jersey, following their recent singles ‘Ghost Of What Could Be’ and ‘I Need For Speed’, which scored local support from triple j, FBi Radio, 3RRR and more, alongside international praise from the likes of Kiss FM UK, George FM NZ, KCRW and BBC 1’s Sian Eleri, who hailed it as a “rapid fire tune, barely coming up for air!”.

Threading together techno, garage and pop influences, Jersey’s forthcoming EP Over&Over is brothers Carl and Renaud creative being through their Jersey Island and Paris upbringing, inspired by French-touch and indie rock of the BBC Radio waves picked up during their childhood on the Normandy coast. Due this October 11 via Future Classic, it explores their sonic production that swings from live performance to electronic music and rock energy.
