Following his long-awaited solo return, Of The Trees unveils his second single of the year, ‘Look Into My Eyes’, a genre-defying collaboration with Grammy-nominated hip-hop duo EARTHGANG, arriving via Memory Palace. The track marks the second release from his forthcoming studio album, Moonglade Park, out this February. LISTEN HERE + WATCH HERE.

Blurring the lines between cinematic bass music and hip-hop soul, ‘Look Into My Eyes’ delivers a genre-defying fusion of cosmic atmosphere, hypnotic lyricism, and immersive low-end design. The track pairs OfThe Trees’ expansive, bass-forward production with EARTHGANG’s visionary cadence. This isn’t a one-off crossover or remix, but as a deliberate artistic intersection between two acts known for world-building and intention.

Over the past decade, Of The Trees has quietly emerged as one of the defining voices of his generation in electronic music by pushing the boundaries of bass music while remaining deeply rooted in grassroots culture. With over half a million monthly listeners on Spotify, he has built a massive global following through innovation rather than trend-chasing, becoming known for his immersive production style, thoughtful cross-genre collaborations, and world-building approach to both music and live experience. From headlining Electric Forest to curating his own destination event, Camp Alderwild, Of The Treeshas established a rare balance in expanding electronic music’s creative possibilities at scale while staying grounded in the community-driven ethos that shaped his rise.

Moonglade Park, Of The Trees’ first album release since 2016’s Duat and Dream Atlas, is both a sonic refuge and a world-building statement. The album explores themes of environmental preservation, memory, imagination, and creation in an era defined by noise, speed, and automation. Inspired by full-album listening experiences like Dark Side of the Moon and Houses of the Holy, the record is meant to be heard front to back, in a setting that invites reflection, stillness, and transformation.

To deepen the immersive experience, Of The Trees has launched a companion site – a retro, late-’90s–inspired “national park” that serves as the album’s narrative and visual core. The rollout began with a full wipe of his social presence, redirecting fans to the site. Each tour stop, music video, and fan experience becomes a new “location” within this evolving ecosystem, blending real-world performances with digital storytelling in real time.

‘Look Into My Eyes’ follows the single ‘Dolori‘, a hauntingly introspective single accompanied by its own stark, poetic music video shot across multiple Colorado biomes. Together, the two tracks establish the emotional and sonic foundation of Moonglade Park – a concept-first, multi-genre album that blends downtempo electronica, cinematic ambient textures, and experimental hip-hop into a singular narrative experience.

On the collaboration, EARTHGANG share “It’s been a lot of fun working with Of The Trees on this record. This record is one we think is an example of true collaboration. We both brought something from our worlds that created something fresh that we believe both of our fans will enjoy.”

The official music video, filmed on location in Fairplay, Colorado, captures both the natural environment that inspired the record and the genuine creative chemistry between the artists. The visual prioritises story over spectacle, reflecting a shared ethos grounded in intention, environment, and energy. The Colorado landscape serves as a recurring motif throughout the Moonglade Park visual universe, reinforcing the project’s deep connection to place.

The song first debuted live in Atlanta, later reappearing as a surprise performance during Of The Trees’ 2025 Electric Forest headline set, where it captivated a packed main stage audience. The response cemented the collaboration as a standout moment – one that pushes the boundaries of both electronic and hip-hop traditions. As anticipation builds for Moonglade Park, this single offers another glimpse into the sonic world he’s building and the legacy he’s aiming to leave behind.
