Sonically, the track captures Orion’s ethereal, boundless sound as the result of her striking evolution, ushering in a new era that will introduce what will undeniably be her best work to date. The track represents a transition for the young artist that sees her leave her life in New York and move to Los Angeles, and ultimately begin the creative endeavour of unearthing this new staggering body of work.

Orion Sun on ‘Already Gone’: “It’s about that first night alone when your partner moves out and it’s obvious nothing will ever be the same. You try to change it or fix it or run from it but you have to come home eventually. The silence becomes heavy like water. Everything was a task. Everything was hard. I was holding on to hope like a life raft. Only in retrospect is it kind of funny. It seems dramatic and annoying but it was so true to me then.”
