Brazilian pop star, activist, and world-renowned drag queen Pabllo Vittar returns with a new single ‘Balinha de Coração’ featuring fellow Brazilian singer-songwriter and Grammy nominee, Anitta. The single is the focus track of Vittar’s fifth studio album, Noitada, out today via Sony Brazil/The Orchard. LISTEN HERE.

The album is inspired by and experiments with themes of the night: “I am of the night, I belong to the night, just as I belong to you,” Pabllo opens on the album. “This album has a very special energy, with the mood of “Balinha de Coração.” With each album I release, I try to tell a story. For example, in my fourth and last album, Batidão Tropical, I embraced nostalgia and reflected on my childhood, where I was able to explore a more sunny daytime environment and reference Brazilian Forró. Now, with Noitada, I’m exploring the elements of the night, where we can be whoever and whatever we want.”

Noitada is an 11-track masterpiece featuring Anitta, Gloria Groove, MC Carol, DJ Ramemes, O Kannalha, and MC Tchelinho – emulating the feeling of spending a night out with friends. Pabllo’s versatility as an artist is further strengthened by her experimentation with different musical styles such as pop, funk, and electronic, making Noitada the perfect soundtrack for a night of mischievous fun.

To follow up her 2020 appearance at Sydney Mardi Gras alongside Dua Lipa & Sam Smith, Pabllo is returning to Australia in March 2023 for World Pride, stopping at The Forum in Melbourne as well as a special appearance at the Pink Party in Sydney presented by Poof Doof.
