RAYE releases new single + video ‘WHERE IS MY HUSBAND!’
Global music superstar RAYE today releases her new single and video ‘WHERE IS MY HUSBAND!’. The track is the off her highly anticipated new album in 2026, available to pre-order now from her official store. LISTEN HERE + WATCH HERE.
RAYE premiered the song as the opening song of her hugely acclaimed Glastonbury headline set, and has also performed the track at festivals including All Points East and the Montreux Jazz Festival.
‘WHERE IS MY HUSBAND!’ is a sassy and sincere ode to RAYE’s search for her life partner and waiting for love. The explosive track is a fusion of funky brass, syncopated r&b beats and glossy soul pop, raw but polished, with RAYE’s trademark soaring vocals and stacked harmonies. This is nostalgia mixed with a sharp 2025 production.
Last night RAYE announced that she will embark on a global UK, EU and US arena tour in 2026. Supporting her will be her two sisters ABSOLUTELY and AMMA, who are both receiving widespread acclaim for the debut music releases. RAYE has now achieved over 10 billion streams of her music globally. Last year she made history winning 6 BRIT Awards including ‘Album Of The Year’, the most ever in one year, alongside a total of 7 nominations. Other accolades include Ivor Novello Songwriter of the Year (2024) and Best UK & IE artist at the MTV EMAs. She has also had a Mercury Prize nomination. 3 Grammy nominations, including Best New Artist, a Variety ‘Triple Threat’ Award, alongside nominations for BET Best International Act and MTV VMAs Video For Good. This October RAYE will receive the Ivors Academy Honours Songwriter Advocate Award.
RAYE’s stand out worldwide smash ‘Escapism.‘ reached platinum in the US (2x) and UK (3x) and has garnered over 1.5 billion streams globally. The track hit No.1 on the UK Singles Chart and is certified platinum across the US, UK, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Netherlands, New Zealand, Canada, Switzerland and Austria, and Gold in Germany, Denmark, France and Italy. It also earned RAYE her highest-peaking song on the Billboard Hot 100 (No.22) and topped the viral music chart on TikTok – boasting 5.65 billion views and 1 million original creations.
RAYE’s debut album My 21st Century Blues, a decade in the making and her first as an independent artist reached No.2 in the UK, topped Spotify’s Top Albums Debut, and achieved international Top 40 success. The album is certified Gold in the UK, Canada, Poland and New Zealand.
