Distinguished alternative rock band Cloud Control are elated to celebrate their debut album Bliss Release’s 15 year anniversary. Bliss Release is a seminal record in the Australian music canon and launch pad for Cloud Control, the Blue Mountains band who soundtracked a generation. Known for their lush harmonies and psych-folk sound, Alastair Wright, Heidi Lenffer, Ulrich Lenffer and Jeremy Kelshaw made waves everywhere in 2010m scouring critical acclaim from all corners.

Winning the Australian Music Prize, AIR’s Independent Album Of The Year, an fbi.radio SMAC Award and ARIA nominations for their anthems ‘Gold Canary’ and ‘There’s Nothing In The Water We Can’t Fight’, to reaching #18 in the triple j Hottest 100 and ‘Just For Now’ would feature in the Magic Mike movie soundtrack. Bliss Release took the outfit to Laneway Festival, Meredith, Splendour In The Grass and beyond, establishing Cloud Control as a live music staple long into their career – including stages shared with major acts like Supergrass, Vampire Weekend, Weezer, Metronomy, The Drums, Foo Fighters, Local Natives and many more.
