Making music out of Australia and his birth city of Roma, Italy, DoloRRes is proving himself as one of Australia’s most exciting emerging artists. Sitting at the cross-section of sound and culture performing in English and his native Italian tongue, DoloRRes effortlessly blends an assortment of hip-hop and electronic influences with niche and often humorous lyricism, which point to a kid well acquainted with the localities of his surroundings in Australia and abroad. 

Breaking out with his 2023 single ‘BOSCO’ DoloRRes quickly became one of Australia’s most singular and exciting artists to watch. BOSCO was praised by fans for its inventive blend of sampling, genre-bending and bilingual wordplay. His idiosyncratic sound deepened with follow up singles ‘Per Ben O Per Mal’ and reggaeton cut ‘AORA’ featuring Chilean vocalist JUPITA, landing national radio play on triple j, in international press, and features in local outlets ACCLAIM, NME and VICE. In 2024 DoloRRes released his EP ‘REAL LIFE MUSIC’ and subsequent remix package ‘REAL LIFE MUSIC: RELOADED’ featuring SWICK (Au) & JUCK (It), which culminated in sold out live performances across Melbourne and Sydney, and saw him open for Pretty Girl on her Australian tour. With recent release of Vv Pete’s Mashallah (Reworked) alongside the likes of producers Brodinski (Fr) and Clementaum (Br) via independent label Trackwork, live support for Manuka Honey’s Australia tour and performances at Big Sound and SXSW Sydney around the corner, DoloRRes is quickly becoming a household name in Australia’s burgeoning underground.
