Raveena
In her signature style, Raveena seamlessly united expansive songwriting with traditional Indian instruments and feel-good early 2000s pop hits. Where the Butterflies Go in the Rain followed Raveena’s 2022 opus, Asha’s Awakening, 2020’s Moonstone EP, and 2019’s heralded debut album Lucid. All have showcased Raveena’s undeniable talent and multi-dimensionality as an artist by blending contemporary R&B with elements from the South Asian diaspora. Across a decade of art-making, Raveena has performed on some of the biggest stages, including Coachella, Camp Flog Gnaw, and Lollapalooza India, graced the cover of Office Magazine, Notion, Gay Times, Polyester, Ladygunn, Number One Journal, and collaborated with artists such as King Krule, Asha Puthli, Vince Staples, Annahstasia, and JPEGMAFIA. ‘Blissed Out’ signposts the beginning of a new creative era for Raveena
