Stretching the sonic pattern while keeping his emotive, sense-driven production as showcased in previous releases ‘TOMMY’ and ‘LOST OUR WAY’, ‘With Love’ leads with nostalgic rave sounds and richly textured strings to position WALKER. as an all-rounder with an instinct for what is desired in a club environment. Sampling voice notes sent from loved ones near and far, ‘With Love’ balances vulnerability with a tough continuum, generating a result that isn’t afraid to wear its heart on its sleeve.

Teaming up with Big Ever (Logic1000) and Lach Bostock (Mansionair), WALKER. reveals “The track started when I was travelling a bunch last year and feeling pretty disconnected from my tribe back home. I started collecting voice notes from my mates & family who were sending some really loving messages – you’ll hear best friends, twins, parents and my 97 year old grandpa to name a few. Every time I came across one of these voice notes it really lit me up and made me feel a big hug from the other side of the world.”

WALKER. is the affecting project of producer, photographer and filmmaker, Sean Walker. Also founding member of acts Movement and breathe., the solo endeavour of WALKER. has seen his recent releases ‘TOMMY’ and ‘LOST OUR WAY’ find supporters across press and radio beyond, from the likes of triple j, BBC Radio 1, BBC Radio 6, KEXP, Crack Magazine, Acclaim Magazine, Music Feeds, RAGE and more for his “emotive dance sound” (triple j Unearthed).
