Ninajirachi
Ninajirachi’s personal brand of EDM is woven tightly into her DNA. Raised on the Central Coast, surrounded by natural wonders, she spent her formative years exploring outside, playing Nintendo DS-era Pokémon games and listening to EDM. In the year since Ninajirachi’s acclaimed debut, I Love My Computer (2025) has been emphatically praised as a generational album locally and abroad. Released via NLV Records, Ninajirachi’s boundary-pushing, culturally resonant record continues to be uplifted as a defining shift in the contemporary music landscape and Nina culturally, as a leader reshaping the role of female and non-binary artists in her genre. The record set a benchmark for the future of Australian electronic music, with the latest iteration of her Dark Crystal live series selling out her largest Australian headline rooms yet months in advance. I Love My Computer has fostered a year of many firsts for Ninajirachi, from her debut at Coachella to stages shared with PinkPantheress, underscores and Oklou off the back of her three ARIA Award wins for Best Solo Artist, Michael Gudinski Breakthrough Artist, and Best Independent Release. No longer is hers a song “nobody knows”.
